Do all fiesta's have 2 oxygen sensors?
Discussion
It only has one, the pre-catalyst sensor.
The cars with two sensors are the Euro 3/4 compliant ones that came in around 2000 IIRC
The post-cat sensor does nothing more than inform the ECU that the cat is most likely shagged so it can light up the "Check Engine" light on the dash. It has nothing to do with the closed-loop engine control of the pre-cat sensor, and its value is not compared with it either.
