Anyone experienced in the education sector in India?

Mods, please put this in the relevant section - damned if I could work it out!
I'm looking for a consultant (or some such) who can help me out! In short, we finance and run a school in India (via our charity) and I recently dismissed the Headteacher (he was beating the kids with a big stick!) This same chap, who's politically well connected, since his dismissal, has started creating problems for the school. For example, some newspaper reporters were there last week because he claimed we were poisoning the kids - bleedin' nutter that he is! He's now claiming that we don't do lots of things, like offering an appropriate staff room for example, and the local education honchos have since been round asking questions. It's all rubbish but I'd like to fight 'fire with fire' and (a) deal, legally, with chap who's spreading lies; and (b) tick all the appropriate boxes from a 'red tape' perspective! So if anyone out there knows of someone who we can consult with that would be helpful.
