Mgf door speakers

Could someone tell me what size speakers fit straight into the front door panels of an Mgf mk1 please, and if anyone can recomend a make? Need something that has some bass, thanks.

They are 165mm (6 1/2").
If your after bass your better off looking for a slim sub that will fit under or behind the seats.
