Mini Power Steering Failure help required asap

Hi, wifes out in the cooper s sounds like power steering failure as steering has gone solid so pump fcked probably, got away with a damaged wheel but it also seem likes like car is about to lunch its wiring loom due to motor short?

Is the pump fused can she pull the fuse out with no tools for access?

Cannot get to the car at the minute so any help appreciated!
