Need 'elp again

Chaps, need assistance again.

This time I'm on the look-oot for some new alloys. Got new tyres but need new wheels. Tyres are 225/35ZR18 ont front and 255/35/ZR18 ont back.

Now there are a plethora of blingy arachnid numbers oot there, but I'm not keen. She doesn't need Choos to make her any more prettier than she is. I'm after sultry and subtle and not too expensive.

Any recommendations or links or both?? All help much appreciated.

What year and model (and colour) of Cerb have you got?

If you dont like spiders then the SP12s are a popular choice. Not blingy, just a simple wheel with a motorsport look and feel. I like these a lot in black/anthracite. Look at Touching Cloth's cerb - the best looking green cerb becuase the wheels really set it off.

I have RL7 18s in my garage - they look fantastic and were supplied by TVR in the late 90s. They are as rare as hens teeth though.

I would avoid the other wheel options as they all look too after market IMHO.

She's Audi Silver, so I don't want owt too shiny. Nor black. Thought about a graphite/anthracite to set her lovely lines off nicely and because they're subtle.

What year is your car? If you have round headlights then the 18 inch RL7s look great.
Sp12s in Anthracite would look great on a silver cerb.

She's 2001 with new headlight look, part of the reason I don't think spiders would look good. Also, my current are flush with tyres, not sticky-oot like spiders are and I prefer that.

OK - spiders look great on a 2001. But if you dont like then the worlds your oyster. I agree that the tyres look rubbish on spiders though.

I'm sure there is someone on here with a silver Cerb with 'gloss black' wheels (OK...I think they are spiders but you get the idea) and I thought it looked stunning.

'Looks' are a very personnal thing - whatever you do there will be those who like it and those that dont...why not look through the photos on the register or photos thread and see if there are any wheels that catch your eye?
