What's this then?

Just changed the plugs and I noticed this just under the inlet hose on the plenum:



Doesn't seem to be anything about to plug it into and it seems to be coiled up and cable tied out of the way. Not taken the car out as it's raining but it certainly seems to be running well in the garage so I don't think it's become disconnected whilst I was moving the plenum about to get to the back plugs.

Air Inlet Temp Sensor? It's screwed into the underside of the air intake hose close to the Throttle Body

Its not used. Probably was idle speed control vale or such like.

Ah good, looked everywhere for something for it to plug into.
