I have been thinking of having a text 'number' to book a taxi on. Needs to be fairly instant and include the details we need - from/to/number of passengers. Also needs to be 'mobile' in that it appears as a text or whatever on a variety of phone numbers (mobiles) that can be changed from one to another.

Feel free to PM me. Oh, and cost - How much?

Wouldn't a better way of doing this be to have the text number forward to a number of email addresses?

These can be set up by people like www.kapow.co.uk etc.
