Does anyone know why noble moved the air K&N's in to the ic box???? And doesn't that mean that you lose those loverly sounds that they make???

Who wants a quieter ride?? these cars make the most amazing noise. ive never been in a car that sounds as good. And what makes the air cooler there? i would have thought it was the same temp.

a random one really.....when you come off the gas after the turbos are spinning up nicely do you get a noise out both air filters bouncing from one side to the other?? it sounds mad i love it!!

The IC shielding and the fact that they are lower in the engine bay and affected less by the rising heat. But I would not have mine moved, love the chirping, whooshing and other associated noises.

Does anyone know why the blue 3r in classifieds has the filters up front like the 2.5's as he says it standard apart from the ic.

Maybe the prev owner did it. I know that you can buy the kits for moving them.
