I'm looking for glue for sticking something to glass. Basically I have a huge cutout I want to stick to the inside of my shop window. Some need something reasonably stick and transparent which will peel of reasonably easily when it needs removed.

However, searching for glass adhesive and glue tends to bring up the sort of mega glue used for stciking broken glass back together. Anyone got any suggestions on what I should be looking for?

What about a few blobs of clear silicone sealant, and hold the thing in place with tape while it cures?

Then remove by cutting through with a knife.

This is my idea for glass mirror to be attached in my bathroom, hate the idea of drilling holes in the new tiles... Then if I dont like I can remove easily

Yeah, that's what I was thinking so sounds like a good plan. Think I have some Soudal lying around the house unopened so that should do. Will try a small bit first before I cover the whole window in the stuff.

There's a special mirror adhesive for that - I don't know the difference; maybe the normal stuff eats through the backing?

Okay, not literally. I will be putting a good few dabs on so don't want to have to peel them all off if it doesn't work. Or maybe I could just paint the window with the stuff and see what happens. Hmm, will see how busy it is in the shop tomorrow wink
