I was irritated to read in the Telegraph motoring section last Saturdays edition that amongst the ever increasing punishments us car owners are enduring is a proposal that all vehicles will have to be insured irrispective as to whether they are on/off road laid up or otherwise,this bunch off clowns we refer to as government really are the love children of the old Kremlin,aaaaaaaaargh!

It's not even a handful of years since the bumholes in so-called power planned to TAX cars whether they were serviceable or just a pile of bits in a garage.

When they catch the scumbags who don't pay, the fine will be less than the premium.
