Just to get in the swing of things one of my customers is writing an article for a Classic car magazine and is going to submit something on the future classic status of the Chimaera. He used to own a 1999 T 4000cc.

Anyway he is after a really nice under bonnet shot and I thought it would be nice for someones own pride and joy to get featured...no promises but I will email it over to him.

I need something in the condition of Mrmaggits Griffith engine ...but a Chimaera...sorry Colin

drop me it back on sales@jamesagger.com

Thanks in advance

It's had a hard winter at present, needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to that level of shine.

Ah-ha I've spotted a flaw, you need to get rid of that poxy orange oil filler cap and get a nice shiny Leven one or cut the orange plastic off and polish the old one. I'm only jealous cos I'm waiting for my new toy to be ready to pick up.

Cheers, Al.

I wish mine looked that good and the cars only done 10500 miles from new.

Please tell me the secret, how did you get it looking that good? Is this an article for a future web thread or Sprint magazine?

I would like to know specifics if possible. What products were used, were all components removed to clean them, were cleaned items than protected in any way?

Well in all honesty guys's it's wasn't my work at all!

Damien at Fernies prepared the engine for sale.
That picture was taken about an hour before I brought it.

That was 16 months ago, it's still clean but not as clean as that.
