Images not showing?
Discussion
Oh techies of PH, lend me your ears...
I keep getting an intermittant fault where images on a site refuse to appear. The site in question is the venerable www.icanhascheezburger.com
The site loads as expected, but pictures refuse to appear. The strange bit is that some days it displays them, somedays it does not, even stranger still is that it seems to depend on how my laptop is connected to the internet aswell. Seeing as I have a very limited knowledge of Windows I was wondering if any of you chaps may be able to enlighten me as to the solution to my problem?
Come on guys, someone has to have an inkling?

What. The. Hell ?? ;-)
What a weird site!
Also a very poorly made one too! Far to much information is being presented on each page.
That there, is most likely the cause of your problems - your network connection can't handle the multiple loading/ reloading and displacement of each image.
I'm assuming you're on IE; which is good - but maybe a simpler (faster) bowser might be more appropriate?
Try Google Chrome.
Could also be a straight forward case of having too many browser sessions/ internet applications running in the back ground. Try limiting your usage whilst opening that website.
Also noting that the website is still loading on my system - approximately 3-4 minutes after I opened it....
