skoda estelle 120 cam upgrade

Hi, i have just bought a skoda estelle 120 and i am wanting to improve power and i have already fitted a "performance" exhaust and carb and i would like to replace the standard cam for something a bit wilder but stil road usable if poss, any ideas? i have looked on kent and piper websites but non were listed for the estelle

Try David Newman, he does cams for everything. He doesn't list one but I expect he could do something for you.

Any cam grinder should be able to make you something...at a cost of course.


But I'm sure there are many other ways to try and release some power other than camshafts.

unless you have a special reason to stick with a 1.2 you could try fitting the 1.3 or...

...go out and get the adaptor plate for a fiat twin cam (this engine mod was covered by Street Machine back in 1995).

You might want to hang on to it, there are hardly any Estelles or Rapids left.
