I some how have misplaced the documents which relate to my house. I have the Title Register, but i am missing the detailed plan shared red for land we own and the land shaded Yellow for land we have roght of access too.

In addition to this there was a hefty photocopy of all of the conditions (covernants) that relate to the house. of what we can and can not do.

In summary i want to see a solicitor regarding putting up a 3ft fence on a shared driveway. This is the land that no one else has right of access to, but want to make sure that there are no other conditions in the covernants that prevent me from doing this.

Thanks

Steve

Either the solicitor who did the purchase might have a copy or your mortgage company could have the deeds.

If it's a recent purchase then the title deeds are usually electronic and the Land Registry hold copies which you can get for a small fee.
