Yellow greasey stains after raining on resprayed part of car

Hi there,

I have a silver car and after raining, there are yellow stains (imagine grease stains) left on the paintwork - I should add that this only happens on the bonnet and front bumper which have been resprayed at some point.

What causes this and is there an easy fix?

Wax residue reacting with the water perhaps?
Have you tried T-cut/clay bar etc?

Hi, I have tried T-Cut - same results.

Does this always happen when it rains?
Is it only in areas where the water has sat on the surface?
Do these marks disappear when the area has warmed up?
