V+ rebooting a lot since new card arrived

i gather all V+ users are getting new cards for whatever reason.

ever since my new card it seems to rebook 4 or 5 times a day really anoying when it happens at night whilst watching something.

anyone else have this problem ?

got them comming out wednesday do they replace the boxes with the new samsung boxes if a replacement is needed?

the new samsungs look a lot lot nicer

You're not guaranteed to get a Samsung box - you will get what the engineer has in the van. Just remember to ask him if he has a Samsung if your box does need to be replaced. If he has you may be lucky, but he is under no obligation to provide one and you may get one of the old SA boxes instead.
