Windows and doors
Discussion
Why oh why do they give you a price, then get a manager in, who supposedly can authorise discount, then come in 50% cheaper?
This must be the most awful industry for standards i've witnessed. My grandparents were quoted £20k, they said no, okay, we can do £10k.
I'd refuse on principle.
Why can't they just give you their most sensible price first, like every other industry out there.
I've seen this with a few companies round this way, so not saying it's across the board.
Anyway.
I'm after 3 windows
w h
115 x 105
125 x 105
110 x 105
Oak style, with square leaded insert.
Anyone got a clue on how much supply only?
Bit like this, but half the size (one opening) if there are any guys on here who can do it, feel free to PM me, would be appreciated.

Will possibly require 2 exterior doors and a further 7 windows at a later date.

Have a look at this website

You can work out a rough cost of what the materials are likely to be, then add in a factor for local labour.

Don't do the oak effect, but useful all the same.http://www.windowsanddoors.co.uk/estimate/

I'm in Lowestoft (East Coast) so usually bloody miles from everyone !
I got 5 from our local upvc windows place. Just went in and asked about a cash sale. £700 delivered!
No receipt, but they've been there 25 years, and according to a builder mate they are good quality. Might be worth asking around your local places (the ones that make them on site)
All 2 pane Pilkingtons K Glass (one patterned for the bathroom)
130 x 105
130 x 120
