Funny story from the weekend

This story was told to me by someone who works with the mother involved and doesn't seem the type to pass on fake stories so I can only assume it is true. However bizarre it sounds.
OK, so the OH's aunty works with a lady whos son has ADHD and other learning difficulties.
She went to the shop and left him in for 20 mins.
When she came back he was on the front step with his head in his hands, shaking. There was a broken vase and mud all over the step and the inside of the house leading up the stairs looked like a bomb had gone off.
Worth mentioning that this kid is massive, strong and build like a brick s**t house.
He tells her he has caught a troll and locked him in the bathroom. Wondering what the hell was going on she walks up the stairs and hears some banging on the bathroom door. Bathroom door is baricaded.
She opens the door and there is a dwarf who had been cold calling, this kid had flipped out and carried him kicking and screaming upstairs locking him in.
He was going nuts saying he was calling the police etc.
True or not true? Seems so far fetched to me!
