Spectacles repair

The nose bridge thingy on my glasses has broken, and the frame was rather expensive.

So I have an eye test booked tomorrow (not had a test in about 2-3 years), I'll get my new prescription, and then order some new glasses online.

Which leaves the old frames. There are a few repair places on the internet, but I thought I'd ask here first. Has anyone used such a service? Ideally I'd like the frames repaired, and also the lenses replaced with my new prescription, leaving me with a cheapo pair of online specs, and my nice frame.
