Loose heater flap

OK so another little thing I noticed today. I can hear what sounds like the heater flap freely swinging around.
Heater works fine (although it is becomes very hot as soon as you move it from the blue led). The noise goes away as soon as the flap moves to the cold position.
Anyone else get this? Not serious just annoying and sounds like something has just become disconnected.
