Holding Co. suspended

A limited company I am dealing with has a good credit rating but their ultimate holding Company is suspended, should I be worried ?

Presumably you have a relationship with the Operating Company ?

To answer your question you need to know if there are any inter-company guarantees, where the assets are, where the debt is and do you know why the Holding Co has been suspended? An what do you actually mean by suspended? Do you mean the rating has been suspended ?
