How big are the exhaust ends??

So, when I had my off-road incident last year... I put a few dint's in the underside of the exhaust (the SS bit's).. whilst I'm away this time I thought it would be good to have two new ones made up so I can weld them on when I get back... I've taken all the measurements and angles, wall thickness 1.2mm i think... but I'm sat here with a piece of 60mm SS tube in my hand and it looks huge... I measured them at 2 1/2" before I came... can someone please conform this for me please as 63.5 (or 2 1/2 ") is even bigger. Are they really that big??

The very end bits (last 18 inches or so) are bigger, the ends are out of shot in this pic but you should get the idea. The lower system has the pipes coming straight back for better aero under the rear.

I've just checked - they are 2.5 inches.

Many thanks for that... when it's in your hand as a tube it looks massive (so of speak)
but when on the car it all tones in... Looking at this tube at just under 2 1.2" i would never of said it was the same... Did.t want it to look like the Nove club... Thanks again.. I'll have some made

I thought it felt small compared to the 'pipe' I usually have in my hand.

But I guess to a Chim owner it must feel massive!!!
