How many Nobs on Google Street View?
Discussion
Here's mine, hidden in a car park...

It also makes an appearance on Bing's satellite maps... but that's in a "secret" location too

I wasn't to impressed when someone sent me a link to mine parked outside my house.
You can request it to be removed. http://www.google.co.uk/help/maps/streetview/priva...
There's no problem with links to cars that are obviously not outside the owners house etc. Google data is over a year old in some cases so it's hardly a security risk.
Outside an owners house is a different matter, if nothing else to say I live here. Don't see any of those links in this thread.

I can't understand all the caper and carry-on about Street View. Everyone is visible when they are outside, everyone's house is visible and everyone's car is visible. So unless you have a Klingon Cloaking Device it's impossible to stop people looking at you/your house/your car or anything else for that matter. And there are no laws ( thankfully, well, not yet )that prohibits taking pictures of you/your house/your car when you are in the public domain.
I have to say I think Street View is bloody fantastic.

The fact ramains, someone could walk down the street where I live right now and take as many pictures as they like and no one can do anything about it - and quite rightly too.

The pictures are irrelevant. It's people posting links on maps saying a Noble lives here that's the issue.
But they could equally do that with or without Street View. They can take a picture of your car outside your house and send it to anyone they want to.ThatPhilBrettGuy said:
