The full term is; spawny eyed parrot faced wassock, a term of endearment, I believe.

This is an interesting comment. I am one of those people that always throws my Tab ends out of the window, though i can assure you that i NEVER throw anything else (snickers wrappers, crisp packets, etc.) out of the window, why do i throw tab ends out?, well, one reason is that i don't actually regard them as litter, well not permanant litter, as far as I know, they are to all intents and purposes 100% bio degradable (just add rainwater). The other reason,is mainly to avoid trying to reach over to the car's ashtray while keeping my eye on the road, not easy in a 993.

Maybe I am daft, but I always get worried about people that throw tab ends out in traffic jams, just in case the car next to them has a fuel leak. I know the chances of it causing a fire is low, but it could happen.

When you're following on a 'bike or in a convertible, there's nothing nicer than a tab end flying in at you.
Know someone with a car with a sun roof that had a lit tab end land on their lap. Hope that wassock today gets his comeuppence (spelling) soon. It was "Y" plate with a pram roof. Hope a lit end comes his way soon the ponsy looking grey haired toe rag.
