Font Experts? Need to convert bitmaps to font

Are there any font wizards on here?

I have two mono bitmap images, 300dpi and 5mm x 4mm in size.

I need to convert them to a TrueType font, such that one image is used in place of "1" and the other in place of "0".

Are there any free tools out there to do this? It isn't vital enough to warrant an expensive bit of software as we have a workaround if need be!

Sounds like a job for http://fontforge.sourceforge.net/

ETA: Looks like you'll need cygwin or a unix box to run that...
