iphone problem

screen seems magnified and wont go back to normal. can't turn off other than a hard reset and that doesn't solve it. any ideas on what to do?

Can you get a screenshot? Holding down the 2 buttons for a few seconds doesn't do anything?

can't get a screenshot as can't get past passcode section because can't see all the screen.

probably can get a screenshot actually but no way to upload it as can't get into phone.

pressing and holding both buttons don't do anything.

What does it do when you plug it in to sync?

not at a synced computer so no idea. is that likely to help?

is there any other way to do a hard reset? if not, trip to the apple store is probably in order.

iTunes can reset for you.

You could turn the wifi on, and put on a movie and wear down the battery? That might 'turn it off' in the mean time.

have you tried double tapping three fingers on the screen at the same time?
once you've done that go to settings/general/accessibility/ and turn off zoom

Couldn't get past the passcode stage as couldn't scroll or resize. Will find out if the synch worked tomorrow as phone wasn't mine.

double tapping three fingers works on the passcode/slide to unlock screen too, just tried it on mine.

if you tap and hold 3 fingers down you can drag the screen around too

these are the options
