Sidelight bulb holders?

Hi,

Anyone know where I can find replacement bulb holders for the sidelights on an S2. Mine have two connectors - one bullet type and one spade type moulded into the plastic holder and I imagine by the state of them that they are still the originals...do they still exist anywhere?
