Does anyone know what the requirements are to receive the grant (Up to £10k). It sounds like it needs to have been empty for at least 6 months but other than that I don't know much.
Try Googling "Empty Property Scheme". To summarise the schemes give grants for renovation of empty homes on the proviso that the property is then made available for letting to council tenants.
