teflon coating

has anyone had their cars teflon coated? if so is it any good? was quoted £399 inside and out for a c4s, supposed to last 3 years. any comments?

Weird! Must be like driving a frying pan.

I suppose it stops flies sticking to the front bumper, and I'm sure DeR will find it adds 1mph to his top speed at Bruntingthorpe due to increased slipperiness.

Where do you get it done?

Had it done to an mx5 from new once.
Makes cleaning the car alot easier. The dirt/etc comes off alot easier.
Worth it in my opinion.
