I posted a few weeks ago about being paranoid about the clutch on my Gallardo. I obviously had a sixth sense or maybe I just knew it wasnt right. Its started to slip today when setting off in 1st, and it also got really jerky/surging when coming to a stop in 1st/2nd gear. Ive got the car booked in for Lambo Manchester to have a look and do the snap test, week after next but Im guessing its going to need replacing.

Anyone know any good indy's in the Yorkshire/Lancs area that are reputable to do a clutch replacement? Im guessing that Lambo Manchester will be expensive compared to an indy, although I did just come across this on a quick Google search:

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1157770.htm

Not sure how old this advert is, and/or if the offer is still applicable. Id rather have a main dealer do it if I can afford it, Ive also read somewhere that its worth having the software update carried out for the egear, and I would have thought only main dealers could do this?

cheers
Dan
