There's a rather tasty yellow M12 at Northwich, with only 2k miles on it.

Apparently, it only arrived yesterday.

Does anyone know the car please? They said that it belonged to a collector and has just been released for re-sale.

Quite tempted as a summer toy and commuter. Anyone here able to advise on this type of use please?

What no one able to help or advise?

I've no experience of Nobles, so any thoughts would be appreciated.

If, as you say, it's been in the hands of a collector, ( which would agree with only 2000 miles on the clock ) then I would say that's why you have had no replies - because no one knows anything about it.

On summer toy and commuter use - it is perfect!

Nothing will match it! It is surprisingly very easy to drive around town and in traffic. Just be careful of speed bumps.

I don't know anything about the car but I recognise the plate. I'm pretty sure its been for sale for absolute ages. Has been on autotrader since last summer for (don't quote me) £26995? I also think that as CN now has it, they are the 3rd dealer to have tried to sell it.

Check it over very closely....

For that sort of money a 3R is definitely the one to go for.

So can I claim any VAT back?

Went there on Sunday but someone was already interested.

I thought it was sold as it wasn't on their website at the time.

I've been told by others that it's overpriced and will depreciate very fast.

Anyone else got any thoughts?

It says 3, but also says 2002, and I did not think the 3L came along until 2003.

If it's a 2.5 then I would agree it's overpriced. I know it's only done 2300 miles but that is not always a good thing.

I can't make the badge on the back out, but it looks like a "3".

I agree - for a 3, from a dealer, with a warranty then the price is fine.
