Agincourt on the way down

Over the last few years done some of the WWI and WWII battlefields, was contemplating going to Agincourt this year. Not too far off piste and hopefully some gendarme free roads as a bonus.

Has anyone else been? If so is it worth it and much to see?

It's well worth the detour. I went with some mates just after it opened but from memory not many places to eat/drink nearby - that may have changed by now. Allow a couple of hours for the visit. Amazing that the French have set this up to show how they were given a complete thrashing by the English! More details on www.azincourt-medieval.com

Well I never - hadn't realised how close both Agincourt and Crecy were to the route down. May have to take those in on the way to the Classic.

not sure we will have time to do this on way to either Le mans this year but with cheap ferry crossings might just do a day trip

Yes, an excellent and apprpriate sticker for Le Mans and for Agingourt. Got one for my car for its annual trip to Le Mans last year.

One of the pics looks like it's Lowdrag's Jaguar...I know he has the sticker too.
