COMAND Navigation - 2006 B-Class

I've got a 2006 B-class with COMAND. Does anyone know if I upgrade to a new DVD for the navigation if I'll get the pictures of the junctions coming up? I rented a new Merc in Germany and was impressed with the new system so I'd like mine to do the same. Any help gratefully appreciated !
