Hour and 15 in, channel 4.

I'd heard it was poop but i'm impressed so far.

Can't help wondering whether implementation of the Civil Contingency Act would be more like Code Red though if Winky had his way...

It's not a bad film in its own right. Not a patch on 28 days later though.

I prefer it to 28days as that film seemed to get a little bit lost in itself and the whole 'mad soldiers holed up in a country house' thing just seemed tacked on because they realised they didn't have an ending. Still a good film but I feel the sequel was more of a complete film.

28 Days is one of my all time favourites, the first time i saw it i was genuinely mesmerized by the deserted London scenes. The score is pretty awesome too.

Not a scratch on 28 days later, but an alright film.

Although that volvo deflected flame throwers and apache helicopter missiles and artillery.

Actually, that's pretty realistic.

yes

28 days later is a modern classic IMO.

I liked 28 weeks', and the opening sequence in the house, and then the chase is particularly well done and gripping.

Why is it that when you see something on TV you have to watch it even if you own it on DVD?

I would not have chosen to watch that last night but as it was on I had to stay up and watch it!

Good Movie though!

Spoiled by the running lights not being on when it comes out of the smoke

Guy from Hurt Locker too. I was trying to figure out where I'd seen him before.

Yes. The storu also continues in graphic novel format.

I prefer this to 28Days at the moment, better story for me, plus we learn more.

I'm guilty of this, in fact it got so bad that I once watched Apollo 13 on a sunday afternoon with incredibly poor reception on ITV (so I had to put up with adverts as well) despite the fact that the DVD was actually sat just underneath the TV. As a result of occasions like this we actually have "rules" about this at home, you aren't allowed to watch a film on TV that you own on DVD/blu-ray unless it starts after 10pm biggrin

Needless to say this rule still gets broken.

I agree, I always thought the original was uneven in that way. I thought this was a better film.
