Its important you get your entry forms in for Snett!!!!!!!!!

Just got off the phone with the BRSCC. There are still only 5 drivers booked in for Cadwell and they say that they will probably run the race BUT this WILL affect Snetterton. If they have not got, what they think, are enough cars for Snett then they WILL be looking to sell the slot to another series as they will have the time to do so. It is really important that we get lots of entry forms in as soon as possible to prevent this from happening.

And to emphasise the point you can to 'book in' on line for the rest of the season and only pay up about 2 weeks before each event. I would encourage everyone who is planning to race at all this season to book in asp and show BRSCC that we are still a viable race series.

Its worth remembering you can also enter and then cancel upto the week before and get a refund.

If you even half considering running at snett it would be useful to get the entry in now, rather than doing what i normally do and phone them up with my credit card on the wednesday before .

I expect the organisers to be quite harsh this year, if they dont see the numbers coming in as lots of series are all reporting the same things at the moment, and the organisers need to protect themselves.. As a sereies we've been histgorically badly at getting the entries in early but usually fine and well up on the numbers come race day.

They mentioned that very same thing this morning. They will no longer wait to see how it goes and hope numbers increase a week or two before the race, they will be actively looking to sell ANY under subscribed slots well in advance especially as our numbers at Cadwell are very poor.

It would be ironic if Snetterton was scrubbed because of the lack of interest in Cadwell.

I've just registered on-line for all the races (bar Cadwell!) you do not have to pay to do this. Carol at BRSCC is encouraging all to use this new facility (phone up for your password and to register the series on your profile as she's not had a list of drivers from the series organiser). The BRSCC will be far more comfortable if they see better interest for the other races. Lord Chanty made his points well . . . get your entries in asap chaps!

I have just done mine for the season (tuscan) from snett onward. The tasmin will be at cadwell(assuming i get the gearbox fitted and working ok)
