how much more 'connected' is the Cinq ?
how much more reliable is the Scientio ?
which one should i get in your opinion ?
if the Cinq is say 100% fun to drive how much fun is the Sientio .. 95%, 80%, 60% ? Is the box and general control weights the same ?
any help appreciated

The Cinquecento is more fun to drive but the Seicento comes with the better multipoint injection engines as well as better interior quality.
As far as reliability goes I'd say they're very similar. Head gaskets are problematic, as well as clutch cables, leaking washer bottles. The Cinq had a serious recall on fuel tanks, I would have thought all cars should have had the work done.
Cinqs are much cheaper but hard to find in good unmolested condition.

What he said but also the head gaskets go because of a build up of crap in a neglected coolant system. New radiator and pipes come in at less than £50 and the 1108 cc (Sporting) Fire engine is bullet proof well over 200,000 if well looked after.
I'd go Cinquecento every time just a personal preferance. Have a look in general gassing under Cinquecento for tuning advice and options.
Oh one more thing Yellow ones are completely invisible through German car glass (speed plod + law thread).
All in an excellent car and now Panda prices are getting silly it won't be long before Cinquecentos are considered classics.
Biggest pain in the cheeks has to be finding replacement alloy wheels. Original ones are worth £25 scrap at the moment and as a result finding a set for sale within a reasonable distance or less than £100-£200 a set is near impossible. 4x98 stud patern doesn't help with the after market either. As far as he rest of the car is concerned parts are both cheap and plentyful.
In my opinion the Cinquecento Sporting is the best small car since the (original) Mini Cooper or 1275GT as far as handling tuning and performance goes.
