Suggest you visit Stoneleigh Kit car show on mayday weekend [may 1st & 2nd], there's normally about a dozen or so there especially on the sunday, normally 2 or 3 for sale, advantage is you get to see it in the flesh, and suss out the owner B4 mentioning your a potential buyer.
hope this helps

Having driven one I was acutely aware of how little rear grip there was, and the handling felt odd. They do seem very well screwed together, but why dynamically hobble them with only three wheels?

They are "happy" cars. They make people smile, and not just the driver. They get attention like you wouldn't believe. Our record distance before having our picture taken is less than a mile from home. You wouldn't believe how wide kids noses can get squashed against car windows!
Strangers wave at you, kids think they're great, they're different, well made, and they are great fun.
I've had Harleys, still got a Griffith, and NOTHING short of a Veyron gets more favourable remarks.

Fair enough, I think i would probably go with something different but with similar performance. Maybe an MEV atomic or tR1ke. I wouldn't get another scorpion, nice though they are.
So you've had a Scorpion, then?slomax said:
