Has anyone had experience of wrapping their Z4///M in vinyl totally?? what's the rough cost?? i am intending to go from Saphire black to alpine white or matt grey

thought about this too.

got quotes ranging between 1200-1500 from fxuk.net for a matt wrap

Colin the chap who owns the publishing firm Unity Media which publish such magazines as BMW Car, Fast Ford etc recently did his new M3 and the cost was around £2000 all in.

do you guys know of any issues with the existing paintwork should the vinyl be removed one day? i am waiting for a quote from colormycar.net will advise later

No just make sure that if and when the vinyl is removed the paintwork underneath is cleaned properly with the correct chemicals....not washing up liquid!

Having my M6 wrapped next weds (7th April) by Racoon - It's black at the moment but will be wrapped gloss white. I'll post close up pics of the wrap when she's done. Having door shuts done as well - the roof will be left as it's carbon! £1900.00 incl vat.

Are wraps that good...do they get bubbles do they peel off, what happens when they get stone chipped...seems like a waste of 2 grand to me, should have bought the right colour first time....(IMO)

The vinyl is meant to act as protection to the original paint work

Good company and you shouldn't have any issues - we manufacture digital prints/large format graphics for exhibitions etc but I won't use anybody else.
