Spring Sprint 2010
Discussion
Nothing on the GRRC members' site yet, I'm afraid, although I know a Tesla will be sprinting on the day (see about half way down the page: http://www.drivingability.co.uk/news_items.htm).

Yes was there, got some pics but don't think they were too good - will post some later. The wife quite liked the GT-R's - tell you what though the Audi estate was 'kin quick! RS4 I guess but tuned?
RS6, auto box an' all.
RS4 saloon was the fastest 60' time of the day I think - 2.04 secs.

OK some pictures, there are not all that though, just my little point and shoot.
I did like the look of the Lotus - ah well there seems to be a problem with uploading at the moment - I'll pop back.
Lotus

These fella's were quiet!

Those GT-R's are BIG!

Nice pint on the way home

Almost... The older Skyline posted 1.99, faster than either the newer two GT-Rs managed........ :-)
I think the award for best drive of the day should go to the 60s Griff - a shade over 90 seconds for the lap in a car with no computer assisted anything, let alone launch control

I know the owner of the car & he said Anthony Reid was at Silverstone last weekend & was entered in races in two different Lola's & Alan Jone's ex-F1 car and won all of them

I remember two years ago at the Sprint when it was -3C & snow showers in the afternoon seeing Anthony holding the Griff in a sideways drift almost the length of the Lavant Straight

Apparently when he drove at Le Mans the team manager said they used to lock him in a dark room & feed him raw meat before letting him out on the track
