Can you take this chump with you, i'll pay for his ticket (1-way).

stupid fking judge said:
A judge said it was difficult to have any sympathy for Semo, who was jailed for eight years, but he must be allowed to stay.
Why? why must he be allowed to stay?

OK if he does stay he should be made to have his cock and balls removed without anesthetic. !

Once married, the pair are expected to claim that Semo is legally entitled to remain in the UK as the spouse of an European Economic Area national entitled to free movement within EU member states, including the UK.

Great for some isn't it? mad

It does strike me that there is a multitude of 'rules', to which any number of scum undesirables can appeal, many of which are widely open to interpretation, and imposed by different authorities. All the aforementioned scum have to do is find one which will back them, and they are onto a winner.

You'd have thought that there should be some over-riding 'common sense' rule, which causes individuals like this to be deprted, no questions asked, no appeals heard.

Rape someone. Throw them on a rubbish tip. Be allowed to stay and marry, and not be kicked out of the country against whose legal citizens you have grossly offended?

Shameful.

What on earth are his legal team doing this for? Surely they must have seen it for what it was and said, "No, not for us, we couldn't morally do anything to let a convicted rapist stay in this country, go on with the deportation.

Sure and guess why human rights lawyers push for more and more legislation? Because it gives them more power, prestige, money.

It's dead simple really.

Why aren't these scummers just made to disappear? Whether ti be end up in landfill, or fed to the pigs, or even jus take out to sea and deposited with a concrete jacket on, it would be so much cheaper than trying to beat them with our pathetic "justice" system.

And who the fk would miss them........if anyone bleats about where the rapist has gone.....just take them to join him, until people stop caring...

It seems so simple to me how to deal with vermin like this.
Oh and the German bh would be gone first too.

What is Doc Fosters take on this? There must be grounds to send a couple of mercs in to make it look like he slit his own wrists and then make the details of autopsy available in 80 years.
