It reminds me of the difference between Blackadder and Baldrick (Blairadder, Browndrick).

Blair's a good speaker, but I think this may backfire on Labour as it reminds us of what a poor communicator Brown is. rolleyes

amazing how he changed from doing the jokes at the beginning to doing the rehearsed speech to the camera after. he is a good speaker - maybe too good in that he comes across as false. he looks so much more like a pm than brown though.

bought time dave showed what hes got

if anything

Tax evasion?

I'm no fan of Blair but he's been accused of going non-dom which is hardly the same as tax evasion.

More likely because he would get questions about his tax affairs.

Considering he and his party made the tax laws anything other than setting an example by being a fully paid up member of his own taxation is evasion in my book. He's hiding things.

They could have said that the questions could only come from members of the Trimdon Labour club, so he could have had quite an easy ride. Instead, it looks like some sort of secret club that we're not worthy of seeing. Very odd.

FINALLY, I agree with Blair on something.

Recession?

"Gordon Brown supplied it."
