So annoying having a red car, i only bought this around 2 months ago and never realised this until a few weeks ago, well this is a pic of the front wing beside the bonnet, these dots have just appeared and they dont wash off this is pic of it:
Also this is the driver door, there seem to be bubbles in the door:S no idea also if u look at the 1st picture u can see like different collours of paint, well u are able to scrape it off with ur finger nails and the colour matchs the rest of the colour, also wen you paint renovate the door and front wing there is excessive amount of paint coming off on the cloth and ideas???

Certain solid colours - reds, blues, greens - on older cars are well known for oxidising.
They go dull. A session with an abrasive polishing compound will bring back the shine but only for a while. By compounding you remove the oxidised paint (which appears on the polishing cloth)& expose fresh. If you don't then wax the surface you will find it has gone dull in a matter of days! BUT each time you compound you remove paint until you start to get down to the primer & finish up with patchiness in the colour.
This MAY be what your problem is.
Coming off with your fingernails is a worry though. Be best to take it to a bodyshop & get it looked at as diagnosis by internet forum is difficult on this one.
