Help please - deleting programs

I'm sorry, I'm not the best at using computers; I downloaded a trial program which came with a few others. I deleted the others that came with it and now i have pop-ups in the middle of my screen when i start the comp. How do i get rid of these?

to do a though clear out go into Control Panel and Add or remove software. This will compile a list of all installed apps, go through and remove everything you nolonger need.
failing this, im out.

Download Crap Cleaner & spybot search & destroy and run both & report back.

Also download & run this. http://www.lavasoft.com/ (the free version) I don't let it run at start up or anything but just do a scan with it occasional.
