What is notable is who heard the case - those are pretty big nobs hanging out at the Appeal Court. It's almost as if they want a fight with Justice Eady...

The UK libel laws are ridiculous and it's a shame it's taken this Government so long to wake up to this.

Now I won't be able to find a link, but I believe it got knobbled in committee earlier this week, after heroic lobbying from those benefitting most (e.g. Carter Ruck) and MPs "listening" to said lobbying.
