I'm having one of those moments of madness and I'm now thinking of buying a Murcielago. Now how easy would they be to live with on a semi day o day basis, bare in mind I'm currently driving a 430 spider day to day.

Also, are there any associated problems I should be looking out for on a Pre-Lp640 Murci?

Thanks

Simonspider of this parish will be able to confirm that a Murciélago is quite able to be used daily and beyond the 140,000 mile barrier as well. Some / much of the use of his car has been rather more than just 'daily-style' as well - how many cars of any kind get to 140k in great condition and are still able to make people's mouths hang open as they drive by?

I'd check the history and story on that black car - it looks almost too good to be true at that price but sometimes such good stuff does happen to be true anyway. In my 'umble opinion, it's a corking looking car in all that blacketty-black blackness!!

Do you know anything about it? What makes you think there could be something wrong? I must admit I'm quite a sceptical persona at heart so I immediately think it's been crashed/thrashed etc. Also, I don't think it's a huge bargain because bear in mind that if you buy from a dealer you are getting a warranty, piece of mind and best of all a comeback if the car explodes on the way home. Whereas with a private sale you don't so I would always want to pay a LITTLE bit less than I would for an equivalent car at a dealer.
