My E-Class is coming up for a biggish service and some warranty work is required and I want to take the car somewhere other than Glasgow City centre dealership (Milton St) does anyone have positive/negative feedback on Stratstone in either Hamilton or Giffnock, or Western in Edinburgh, Glen Henderson in Ayr or John Weir in Grangemouth?

I don't mind travelling to any of these for good service and the ability to actually solve problems rather than hand the car back and pretend they're fixed, but I want to keep it within the main dealer network to protect the mobilo cover.

If any bad reviews don't pass Pistonheads naming and shaming then PM me! Thanks

I've had postive experiences with Giffnock. Couple of years ago I drove in with my old w124 after some scum bag ripped the badge off it. I was just in to buy a replacement badge. While I was paying for it they asked for my keys so they could fit it. All for £14! I also popped in last weekend to have a look at a car and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Cheers,
C
