Does anyone have any tricks for undoing stuborn head manifold bolts?
I have 4 very tight bolts in very inaccessible areas!

Thanks

not easy ! ..if you can get at them with WD 40 I would suggest dousing them for ages before starting . The only other option is a bit of heat (but that can go either way !) good luck though !

Gents
4 of the 6 bolts are off. But I have one on the top and one on the bottom that are a pig.
The top one is the nearest the off side and the manifold curves up slightly, so I cannot get a ring on it. I am worried as I might just round the nut if I carry on the way I'm going. So any ideas? What about a split ring spanner?
The second is hidden behind the air con compressor support.
Is there a special tool or a tool mod I should do to access this nut or do I have to take the bracket away?

Many of you guys do this sort of stuff for fun, so any advise is greatfully received.
Cheers
