Swapping cars for a run in Essex?
Discussion
Hi,
I live in London and don't get out of the city for good driving much, but have recently rekindled my interest and have been out exploring the Essex roads.
I have a 2003 Boxster S, and it's very nice, but I'm quite tempted by something else - in particular an S2000 or a Z4/Z4M. I figure the only way to really know if I want to change is to drive them back to back on some fun roads.
Would anyone with one of those cars be interested in doing a bit of swapping around on a drive?
Cheers,
Nigel

just a note you probably already know - not too many electronic aids and interventions on a S2000 so you may not be able to drive it in the same way as you would a Boxster or Z4
also perhaps consider an Alpina Roadster
Hmmm - well I'm on my 3rd Boxster, and it doesn't have PSM, nor did the other 2. I've done a few track events and spun three times on the track but driving on the road I'm way below those kinds of limits. I know the reputation of the S2000 and wouldn't exactly be going nuts.also perhaps consider an Alpina Roadster

Plus having joined ecurie25 recently I've had some time in a couple of Ferraris, an Audi R8 and a 600 hp tuned Nissan GTR.
I'd love to try a Lotus, I'd certainly add that to the list for some fun, but at 6'2" and 200 lbs there's just no way it's going to be a practical car for me.
So - anyone?
Im On My 3rd S2000 and also like you fancy another change !maybe we could have a little drive out also in Essex only prob i do have a vibration at present which am trying to get to the bottom of!maybe a couple weeks we coukld go out for a drive !The S is a great all rounder !
