Unbelievably he actually set up a company called 'Speed Claims' to process the umpteen fraudulent claims that he instigated. From what the report say's, he hasn't even been nicked for it.

I thought we wanted to promote enterprise in this difficult times? lol

What is the penalty for a fraudulent claim for the people using these companies? Is it fraud? I guess any actual penalty recieved is quite low.

Why don;t the insurance body do an aggresive marketing campaign telling us of the scam and possible penalties?
