I wouldn't go down the route of letting it out to individual DIYers - you'll be opening yourself up to a whole heap of grief.
Try and let it to one person - either a competitive rider who wants it all for their own use, or to someone who wants, and crucially, knows how to run a professional livery yard.

Endless different people turning up at different times night and day. Other horses kicking seven shades out of the box or yelling from the field cos they aren't getting fed when others are, as a result. Potential concerns from other owners who disagree with the way such and such is/isn't looking after their horse. Possibility of animals being neglected - do you stand by and watch or wade in? Queues of people waiting to tell you the fence is broken, the water pipes have frozen, the gate has fallen off its hinges, the door is stuck, the horse has kicked a hole in the stable wall etc etc - all of which will be down to you get fixed as you will be the landlord effectively. Late payment. Need I go on?
Rent it to one person as a job lot - then let them run it. Or employ someone to run it as a yard.

Seeing as the wife has 2 horses, here's what we pay (based in Berkshire).
Part livery (includes feed twice a day, mucking out, turning out etc, basically everything apart from riding it) £540 per month
Grass livery: £120 per month, stays in the field the whole time apart from when you ride it, have to feed it yourself, muck out the field.
Box livery: gets a stable to stay in overnight £240 per month
In an ideal world its 1 acre per horse but about 3 per acre is fine. You also need to remember to rotate your land as horses seriously screw it up.
Having good hacking and an arena generally helps attracting the masses. Let me know if u need more info.
P.s. you can also charge about £40 per month for lorry/trailer parking
